  12. 1 tsp Soya Sauce: Dark or Light
  13. 1 tsp Vinegar
  14. As Required : Cooking Oil- For Deep Frying the Chicken Lollipops
  15. 2 tbsps For the Schezwan Gravy Dip: 2G Paste: (Ginger & Garlic)- I personally prefer it simply Deep Fried & not dipped into the Gravy-Soggy types so kept it as is & didn’t proceed for this
  16. 2 tbsps Schezwan Sauce: Homemade or Store Bought
  17. 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
  18. 2 tbsps Tomato Ketchup/Sauce
  19. 1/8 Cup Green Chillies: Finely Chopped
  20. as required Garnish: Fresh Chives- Finely Chopped
  21. 1 Handful: Fresh Spring Onions- Finely Chopped: Optional
