- 1.5 kg Basmati rice
- 1 medium cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 2 capsicum
- 4 spring onion
- 2-3 potatoes

- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 5 eggs
- As needed oil

- 2 tsp chicken powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp green chilli paste
- 2 tomato
- 2 onion
- 6-7 garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 10-12 whole black pepper
- 3-4 cinnamon stick medium size
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup water
Instructions to make to make Chinese Rice
- Boil chicken by adding red chilli powder, chopped garlic and vinegar in water.



- When water become dry shredded the chicken.



- Wash rice 3-4 times and soaked for 1-2 hr


- Cut all vegetables and set aside.


- Beat all eggs by adding black pepper, salt and food color.



- Make scramble egg in a low flame by adding few quantity of oil.


- In a pot, take 1 tbsp oil and light fry grated cabbage.


- Then add grated carrots and fry all.



- Add chopped capsicum and fry


- In an other pot fry potatoes. bcz it take more time in fryings.


- Add peas in it and fry together


- Add spring onion and light fry.


- Now grind onion, tomato and garlic and make a smooth paste.



- In a pot heat oil abd add paste. add some cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and black pepper.



- Now add and mix all vegetables, chicken and scrambled egg.



- Add black pepper powder and chicken powder and cook in a low flame.



- Add green chilli powder, salt and soy sauce.



- Now make a layer of boiled rice on that chicken vegetable masala.kept on low flame till rice become soft.


- Now its ready. dish out and Enjoy !
