- 1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
- As per taste - Salt
Steps to make to make Palak Khichdi
- Wash and soak the rice and lentils.

- Heat ghee. Add turmeric and chilli powder. Now add soaked rice and lentil. Add salt and water as per requirements. And cook for 3-4 whistles.


- Now take spinach, green garlic and ginger and blend them.


- Heat ghee in a wok. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon,

- Now add chopped onion and capsicum, and saute for min.

- Now add chopped tomato and cook till softened.

- Now add spinach mixture. Mix it well. Cook 2-3 min. Add salt as per taste. Mix well.


- Now add cooked khichdi. Mix well. Cook 2-3 min. Spinach khichdi is ready to serve.
