- Wash and Soak the vadis and rice for an hour. Get all veggies chopped and ready. After an hour cut the soaked vadis in small pieces.



- Crushed the garlic pods. Take oil in a pan on high medium flame add soaked and cut vadis. Fry it till it get golden brown in colour.



- Now take a cooker. Add chopped onions. Saute it till golden. Now add Chopped beans, green peas.



- Add capsicum. Mix it and saute it for a min. Now add crushed garlic.



- Saute the garlic till the raw smell vanished and veggies get little smoother. Now add salt. Mix it and add fried vadis. Mix it and saute it for min.



- Now add chopped tomatoes mix it and saute it till Tomatoes get little smooth. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
