- 1 tsp cumin coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- as required green coriander leaves
Instructions to make to make Corn patties
- Heat oil in pan and saute ginger garlic paste for few seconds. Add churned corn & cook for 2-3 minutes till its moist gone. And let it cool down.
- In a mixing bowl mix finely chopped capsicum, carrot, cashew nut, raisins, green chilli paste, whole corn and mix it.
- Also, mix masala like turmeric, cumin coriander powder, garam masala, salt etc. Now, mix lemon juice, boiled mashed potato and green coriander and give a good gentle mix.
- Further, take a bowl add flatten rice, wash and soak in water for 3 minutes and drain it of. Then, mix it in stuffing. Because it gives binding.
- Now, grease palm with oil and gently give round shape to patties. You can coat it with sev also(optional).
- Furthermore, heat nonstick pan with oil and shallow fry patties with both the sides until it crisps and turn it to golden brown color.
