  11. 1/4 cup cashew nuts

  16. Salt to taste
  17. Ingredients for gravy:
  18. 2 tbls Oil
  19. 1 tbls garlic paste
  20. 1 tbls green chilies
  21. 1/2 tbls red chili flakes
  22. 2 tbls soya sauce
  23. 2 tbls oyster sauce
  24. 2 tbls white vinegar
  25. 1 tsp black pepper
  26. 1 tsp white pepper

  29. 1 tbls cornstarch (mix in water)

  31. Fried rice;
  32. 1 cup rice soaked
  33. 1 cup veggies mix(carrots, capsicum, green onion,cabbage)

  1. Wash your hand say BismiAllah and drood shareef
  2. In a bowl add chicken,egg,cornstarch,salt black pepper and oil.Mix all these ingre well and set a sides for 20m
  3. After 20m deep fry the chicken until golden brown
  4. Saute all veggies: in a pan add oil heat it then add cashewnuts saute until lihht goldeb brown...then add all veggies one by one saute it for 2-3m your saute veggies are ready set a side
  5. For gravy: in a wok add oil then add green chilli,garlic,chilli flakes, saute for 1m then add all liquids ingre vinegar, soya sauce,etc then add salt pepper and white pepper and sugar
  6. Mix it well then add water according to requirements chicken stock and let cook it for 3-4m after that add cooked chicken, and saute veggies and give it a good stir
  7. At the end add cornstarch and let it simmer on low flame garnish with green onion and serve with your favorite fried rice
  8. Take a wok add oil saute all veggies then add salt pepper mix it then add little bit oil and simmer it for 2-3m
  9. Meanwhile prepare your rice add water add salt to taste and cook rice 95% then strain it's excess water
  10. Add rice in saute veggies add cooked eggs(break it beat it then cooked it on low flame) stire it and give it a very good mix and keep it on dum for 5-9m then dish out it and serve with your favorite gravy😉
