  1. Boil the rice
  2. Beat egg with food color, salt and pepper. In a pan, add ghee and fry the egg. Remove it from pan and cut into bite size.
  3. Now add ghee, garlic, egg and vegetables in a big wok. Sauté for 30 seconds and add the seasoning and sauces.
  4. Add rice and give a mix gently from the sides. Cover and cook on lowest flame for about 7-8 mins.
  5. After 7-8 mins, open the lid, mix gently from corner to middle.
  6. Serve with any Chinese gravy you like. I served it with Peri Peri Chicken 😋
