- Heat oil in a non stick pan add jeera when the cumin seeds crackle add the khada masala and saute for a seconds.


- Add the onions and ginger green chilli paste and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.

- Add tomato paste and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

- Add boiled vegetables and spinach mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

- Add palak paste and add all dry masala and mix well.

- Add the cooked rice and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Stirring continuously.


- Fill the rice in a glass bowl and demould on a plate.

- Serve with curd, raita and salad.
