- Take a pan heat oil
- Add onion chopped cook it till pinkish
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Mix well
- Add all the vegetable sprinkle salt and cover the lid on low fame 2 min

- Add Birayani masala,red chilli powder,and pav bhaji masala
- Stir well
- Add fresh cream stir well off the gas
- Take three bowl
- Do the three parts of rice
- In first bowl you add green colour
- Second yellow and third orange red colour
- Next take a big pan add pure ghee
- Add half green rice add some vegetables mixture
- Second layer half yellow rice add vegetable mixture
- Add 2 tsp curd
- Third layer half orange red rice add some mixture
- Same procedure one by one
- At last cover with orange red rice add 1 tsp ghee
- Cover with the lid for 10 min on low flame
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and some fry cashew nut
- Serve hot with vegetables rayta or boondi rayta
